How long does it take to build a website?

Most standard website projects take approximately two to four weeks after all required content has been received. Larger or more customized projects may require additional time.

What do I need to provide before we begin?

You will receive a simple checklist for your business information, services, preferred wording, photos, logo, contact details, and any design references you would like to share.

Are the domain and hosting included?

Domain registration, hosting plans, premium assets, and third-party subscriptions are billed separately. I can guide you through setup and connect everything for launch.

How do payments work?

Website projects begin with a non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due before launch. Monthly automation services are billed separately according to the selected service agreement.

Can I request changes to the design?

Yes. Each package includes the revision rounds listed in its description. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope can be quoted separately.

Will I own my website and domain?

Your domain should remain registered in your name. After final payment, the completed website can be transferred to your account or managed through an agreed maintenance arrangement.

What is included with AI Front Desk?

Starts at $995 setup and $650/month. Includes AI chat and voice, lead capture, customer routing, support, and optimization.

What is Website Care?

$95/month service for small updates, backups, form and link checks, and technical support. You manage customer messages.

We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers or behavioral advertising cookies. Our hosting or website service providers may use essential technologies needed to operate, secure, and deliver the website.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

7. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no universally accepted standard for responding to these signals, our website does not currently respond to them. We do not currently use third-party behavioral advertising trackers.
